You can return any bike purchased from Rolling Horse for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Holding a Purchased Bike: We’re happy to hold a bike for you for up to 7 days. After that, if it hasn’t been purchased and picked up, it will be made available for sale again.

For Bikes Awaiting Refurbishment: If you select a bike that still needs to be refurbished, we will hold it for 7 days after the refurbishment is complete and we have contacted you. After that time, it may be returned to the sales floor.

Yes — we can pick up bikes! Pickup must be pre-arranged at least one week in advance.

Please bring your bike donations to our shop during open hours. We accept bikes of all kinds.
