FAQs
What forms of payment do you accept?
Rolling Horse accepts Cash, Debit and MasterCard and Visa
Can I return a bike I don't like?
All sales are final. We warranty 'as-is' function and safety for one month.
May I put a bike on hold?
Bike sales are cash and carry only as we do not have the ability to hold bikes.
How can I volunteer?
For more information please see our Volunteer page.
Do you take tires?
Yes, we accept tires and other parts if they are in good condition. A good rule of thumb is that if it is not safe for you it is not safe for others.
Do you pick-up donated bikes?
Sorry, we do not do pick ups.
I want to donate a bike. What do I do?
Please bring your bike donations to our store anytime we are open. We will accept a bike donation in any condition--even rusty bikes might have one or two salvageable parts.
I want to learn bike repair. What can I do?
If you are a youth you can participate in our youth mechanic drop-in times. If you are a little older then we suggest you take our affordable Mechanic Training
Will you fix my bike for me?
Yes, we offer basic bike repairs for a fee and also offer a DIY option (with or without help from our staff) for an optional donation to Rolling Horse.
Do you sell any new accessories?
Yes. We sell Bells, lights and U-Locks. If you need something that we don't have we can try to direct you to where you might find what you are looking for.
Do you have parts for sale?
Yes. We have a variety of used parts as well as some new parts. Please come in and see what we have.
What type of bikes do you have for sale?
At any given time we will have a wide variety of used bikes in various conditions and models from youth bikes to adult bikes. Size, colour and style are all dependent on what donations have been made. It is best to come see for yourself what we have!
